Genital Jousting is a humorous indie action game with an emphasis on the multiplayer component, in which up to 8 people can take part at the same time, the connection is via a local network or the Internet. The game is filled with raunchy scenes as gamers get control over multi-colored penises that have anus. The developers have added a list of achievements to their project with 28 awards, many of which are obtained in a single-player story campaign for several levels. The player must help the male genital organ named John, who is a little dumb but wants to know love, to find a mate for himself on the territory of an educational institution related to high school.

Oblong members with anus tend to be soft and elastic. Most mini-games are based on the fact that people fighting among themselves must by all means get inside the anus of their opponent. Some modes require you to keep the head inside as long as possible, while others take into account the number of hits. Variety adds interest to the confrontations, which is why the game does not get bored in a couple of hours.
